Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off an onslaught of enemies including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas using your Bugblaster! The objective is to survive as long as possible in this thrilling challenge. Your Bugblaster fires small darts at the segmented centipede, which is typically composed of 10 to 12 parts, including its head. When you shoot a segment, it turns into a mushroom, and each piece continues independently as it descends toward you. To completely destroy the centipede, you must target and hit its head first. Control your Bugblaster using the keyboard or mouse to move it around and fire at the approaching enemies.
